Welcome to the on-line parent teacher interview booking system for Lord Byng Secondary. You will be able to create an account, enter your children and then schedule interview times for you to meet with their teachers.

We have a limited number of Cantonese and Mandarin Interpreters available to book on-line when you make an appointment with a teacher. If you prefer, please make your own arrangements for interpretation. Interpreters are labelled as INTERPRETER - CANTONESE/MANDARIN in their description.

Appointments scheduling will start at specified times. See the schedule listed below. You will find the system very easy to use and it will take only a few minutes to setup your account, your children, and your appointments. To register for an account, click on the "REGISTER" tab above. 

Lord Byng Semester 2 Parent-Teacher Conferences

Thursday, May 1st, 2025, from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm on TEAMS

Dinner Break: 4:40 - 5:20pm

We will have two booking periods to allow more parents to connect with more teachers:

Booking Period 1:    2 Appointments Max     April 25th at 7:00 PM - April 28th at 9:00 AM

Booking Period 2:    3 Appointments Max      April 28th at 7:00 PM - April 30th at 3:30 PM 

Parents will be able to book up to 5 appointments

To attend Parent-Teacher meetings, sign-in onto School Appointments, click the "View Appointments" button, and click on the [Click to join Virtual Meeting] link. Each teacher has created meeting links. If you are unable to find the meeting link - please contact the teacher directly.
